In appreciation for referring a client to us and upon their execution of a management agreement with our firm we will pay you a referral fee of $500. Furthermore, we promise not to compete with you in regards to listing this clients property when the time comes in which they decide to sell the property.
When the client informs us that they would like to discontinue leasing the property and have decided to sell, we will inform you directly and we will also do our best to direct the client back to you so that you may have the opportunity to list their property. Regardless of whether the client decides to list with you at this time or not, you can rest assured we will not list the home even if asked to do so by the client. We execute a non-compete agreement with you to formalize these relationship terms.
